Room Status Guide
CleanDirtyInspectionOccupiedMaintenanceOut of Order
Dirty — Room needs cleaning
Clean — Room is ready for guests
Inspection — Awaiting manager approval
Daily Workflow
Check counters at the top for room status overview
Tap a Dirty room to start cleaning
After cleaning, tap the status and mark Clean (or Inspection if required)
Use Service Request for guest requests (towels, minibar, etc.)
Use Report Issue for maintenance problems (broken AC, leak, etc.)
Service Requests
Tap a room card, then Service Request
Select the service type (towels, minibar, turndown, etc.)
The request appears in the Services tab
Claim and complete service requests as you fulfill them
Reporting Issues
Tap a room card, then Report Issue
Enter a title, select issue type, set priority
Add photos of the problem (optional)
The issue goes to the maintenance team automatically
Tip: The app works offline. If you lose signal, keep working — changes sync automatically when you reconnect. The app also translates work orders to your language.
