Log In

https://prprtyplex.com/maintenance
Open this URL in any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
  1. Enter your email and password
  2. You'll land on the Maintenance Dashboard
  3. Use the top navigation bar to switch between portals

Your Login Details

A temporary password has been created for you. You're welcome to keep it or change it anytime from your account settings.

First Steps

  1. Go to System Admin to set up your property
  2. Add rooms — import from PMS or add manually
  3. Invite your team — create invite codes for each role
  4. Set up PMS connector if using Cloudbeds, Infor, etc.
  5. Configure notification preferences per role

Key Admin Tasks

  1. Custom Roles — Create roles with specific permissions
  2. Service Types — Configure services (towels, minibar, etc.)
  3. PM Schedules — Set up preventive maintenance
  4. Reports — Build reports, track team performance
  5. Excel Export — Export any report to spreadsheet

User Roles

Admin — Full access Manager — Operations Technician — Maintenance Hospitality — Housekeeping Custom — Your own
Tip: Bookmark the maintenance or housekeeping URL for quick access. The web dashboards work on tablets too — great for front desk use. Use the help icon in the top bar for detailed guides.
