Manage your subscription, view invoices, and understand PropertyPlex pricing plans.

Plans & Pricing

PropertyPlex offers four plans to fit organizations of every size. All plans include a 30-day free trial.

Basic

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card required.

Subscribing

Choose a plan and enter your payment details to activate your subscription.

  1. Go to Settings Billing
  2. Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves 20%)
  4. Enter your payment method (credit card or debit card)
  5. Review the order summary and tap Subscribe
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email with your first invoice

Managing Your Subscription

Change your plan, update payment methods, or switch billing cycles at any time.

Upgrading or Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings Billing Change Plan
  2. Select the new plan you want to switch to
  3. Review the prorated amount (upgrades are prorated for the current period)
  4. Tap Confirm Change

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings Billing Payment Method
  2. Tap Update Card
  3. Enter the new card details
  4. Tap Save — the new card will be used for the next charge

Invoices

View and download invoices for your records.

  1. Go to Settings Billing Invoices
  2. You'll see a list of all past invoices with date, amount, and status
  3. Tap any invoice to view it or tap Download PDF to save a copy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  1. Go to Settings Billing
  2. Tap Cancel Subscription
  3. Select a reason for cancelling (optional but helps us improve)
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. Your account remains fully functional until the end of the current billing period
