Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the Professional plan. No credit card required.
lightbulbWhat Happens After the Trial
- You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial expires
- If you don't subscribe, your account switches to a read-only mode — you can still view data but can't create new items
- Your data is preserved for 30 days after the trial ends, giving you time to decide
- Subscribe at any time to restore full access
Subscribing
Choose a plan and enter your payment details to activate your subscription.
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing (annual saves 20%)
- Enter your payment method (credit card or debit card)
- Review the order summary and tap Subscribe
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your first invoice

Managing Your Subscription
Change your plan, update payment methods, or switch billing cycles at any time.
Upgrading or Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
- Select the new plan you want to switch to
- Review the prorated amount (upgrades are prorated for the current period)
- Tap Confirm Change
infoPlan Change Details
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period
- If you downgrade and exceed the new plan's limits (e.g., too many properties), you'll be asked to remove excess items before the downgrade takes effect
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
- Tap Update Card
- Enter the new card details
- Tap Save — the new card will be used for the next charge
Invoices
View and download invoices for your records.
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
- You'll see a list of all past invoices with date, amount, and status
- Tap any invoice to view it or tap Download PDF to save a copy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason for cancelling (optional but helps us improve)
- Confirm the cancellation
- Your account remains fully functional until the end of the current billing period
warningAfter Cancellation
- You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account switches to read-only mode
- Your data is preserved for 30 days after the subscription ends
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access
- After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted per our data retention policy
