Your organization's administrator will provide you with a company code and either login credentials or an invite code. Enter the company code when you first open the app, then sign in or create your account.
Contact your organization's PropertyPlex administrator to reset your password.
Make sure notifications are enabled for PropertyPlex in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > PropertyPlex > Notifications. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > PropertyPlex > Notifications.
Verify that your device has an internet connection and that your organization's PropertyPlex server is running. Contact your administrator if the problem persists.
