Camera & Photos: Only when you choose to take or attach photos for work orders or asset scanning. We do not access your camera or photo library without your action.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties at any time.
prprtyplex may send SMS text messages to users who have opted in for work order notifications, status updates, and maintenance alerts.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on work order activity, typically 1-10 messages per day.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In: Users opt in by enabling SMS Notifications in their account settings within the prprtyplex mobile app. SMS is entirely optional and is not required to use the prprtyplex service. Consent is not a condition of service.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
