prprtyplex ("we", "our", "us") operates the prprtyplex.com website and prprtyplex mobile application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and role when you create an account or are invited by your organization.
Property Data: Work orders, assets, rooms, maintenance schedules, and related photos that you and your team create within the app.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications.
Camera & Photos: Only when you choose to take or attach photos for work orders or asset scanning. We do not access your camera or photo library without your action.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the prprtyplex service
To send push notifications about work order updates and assignments
To send SMS text message notifications to users who have opted in
To process equipment label images through AI for asset data extraction
To generate reports and analytics for your organization

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and standard security practices to protect your information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Data is only accessible to members of your organization based on their assigned role and permissions. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Messaging

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties at any time.

Consent is given directly to prprtyplex. When you opt in to SMS, you are giving consent to prprtyplex (prprtyplex.com) and to no one else. Your consent is not collected by, on behalf of, or shared with any third party or affiliate. Opt-in occurs in the prprtyplex mobile app under Settings > Notifications > SMS Notifications, where the toggle is off by default and a consent dialog must be accepted. prprtyplex may send SMS text messages to users who have opted in for work order notifications, status updates, and maintenance alerts.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on work order activity, typically 1-10 messages per day.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In: Users opt in by enabling SMS Notifications in their account settings within the prprtyplex mobile app. SMS is entirely optional and is not required to use the prprtyplex service. Consent is not a condition of service.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.

Third-Party Services

Firebase Cloud Messaging: Used for Android push notifications
Apple Push Notification Service: Used for iOS push notifications
Twilio: Used for SMS message delivery
AI Processing: Equipment label images may be processed by AI services to extract text. No images are retained after processing.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization's prprtyplex administrator or by emailing us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

prprtyplex is a business application not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
