Account Information: Name, email address, and role when you create an account or are invited by your organization.
Property Data: Work orders, assets, rooms, maintenance schedules, and related photos that you and your team create within the app.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications.
Camera & Photos: Only when you choose to take or attach photos for work orders or asset scanning. We do not access your camera or photo library without your action.

To send push notifications about work order updates and assignments
To process equipment label images through AI for asset data extraction
To generate reports and analytics for your organization
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers managed by your organization. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and standard security practices to protect your information. Photos are stored on your organization's server infrastructure.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only accessible to members of your organization based on their assigned role and permissions.
Third-Party Services
Firebase Cloud Messaging: Used for Android push notifications
Apple Push Notification Service: Used for iOS push notifications
AI Processing: Equipment label images may be processed by AI services to extract text. No images are retained after processing.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization's PropertyPlex administrator or by emailing us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
PropertyPlex is a business application not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
