By using prprtyplex ("the Service"), available at prprtyplex.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Description

prprtyplex is a hotel maintenance and housekeeping management platform. The Service includes mobile applications, web dashboards, and related integrations for managing work orders, room status, assets, and team communication.

Account and Access

• Accounts are created by your organization's administrator or through an invite code.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Access and permissions are managed by your organization's administrator.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for its intended business purpose.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Service.

SMS and WhatsApp Messaging

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties at any time.

When you opt in, consent is given directly to prprtyplex and to no one else. Your consent is not collected by, on behalf of, or shared with any third party or affiliate.

• By opting in, you consent to receive work order notifications via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Opt-in is available in the prprtyplex mobile app under Settings > Notifications > SMS Notifications, where the toggle is off by default, or by texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to the prprtyplex number.
• Message frequency varies based on work order activity, typically 1-10 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• SMS is entirely optional. Consent is not a condition of service.

Data Ownership

Your organization retains ownership of all data entered into prprtyplex including work orders, assets, rooms, photos, and team information. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occasionally require brief downtime.

Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly. A 30-day free trial is provided with no credit card required. Cancellation can be done at any time through the billing portal.

Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

prprtyplex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
