prprtyplex (prprtyplex.com) provides an optional SMS text messaging program for work order notifications. This page describes the SMS program, how you opt in, and your rights.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties at any time.

Message frequency varies based on work order activity, typically 1-10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
There are two ways to opt in to receive SMS notifications from prprtyplex. Both methods are entirely optional. SMS is not required to use the prprtyplex service. Consent is not a condition of service.
End users opt in through the prprtyplex mobile app after signing in. The user navigates to Settings, scrolls to SMS Notifications, enters their phone number, and enables the "Enable SMS" toggle which is off by default. Once enabled, the user sees the disclosure: "By enabling, you consent to receive SMS messages from prprtyplex. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service."
The opt-in flow works as follows:

End users can also opt in by texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to the prprtyplex number. They immediately receive the following auto-reply confirmation:
This confirmation message includes the brand name (prprtyplex), confirmation of enrollment, message frequency disclosure, data rates disclosure, and opt-out instructions.
Both opt-in methods are voluntary. Each user controls their own SMS opt-in. SMS is entirely optional and not required to use the prprtyplex service. Consent is not a condition of service.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS notifications. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also disable SMS Notifications in your prprtyplex app settings at any time.
