By default, connectors poll the HMS every 5 minutes for room and reservation updates. For HMS systems that support webhooks (Cloudbeds, Guesty), real-time events like check-in and check-out are processed immediately.
You can adjust the polling interval per connector in System Admin > Integrations.
Click the connector row to view the error details and sync log. Common causes:
After 10 consecutive failures, the connector is automatically paused. Fix the issue, then click the play button to reactivate.
Ensure the HMS property ID matches the correct property in your HMS. You can trigger a manual sync from the connector detail view.
