Properties

Set up and manage your properties, rooms, and property-level settings.

Adding a Property

Each property in PropertyPlex represents a physical location you manage — a hotel, vacation rental, office building, or residential complex.

  1. From the dashboard, tap Add Property or go to Properties +
  2. Enter the property name (e.g., "Oceanview Hotel" or "123 Main St")
  3. Enter the full street address
  4. Select the property type: Hotel, Vacation Rental, Commercial, or Residential
  5. Tap Save to create the property

Property Details

The property detail screen is your command center for a single location. From here you can see all rooms, recent work orders, and property settings.

Room Management

Rooms are the core unit within a property. Each room can have its own status, work orders, and housekeeping assignments.

Adding Rooms

  1. Open a property and tap the Rooms tab
  2. Tap Add Room
  3. Enter the room number or name
  4. Select the room type (Standard, Suite, Deluxe, etc.)
  5. Optionally set the floor number
  6. Tap Save

Bulk Import

For properties with many rooms, use the bulk import feature to add multiple rooms at once.

  1. From the Rooms tab, tap Bulk Import
  2. Enter a range (e.g., "101-120") or a comma-separated list
  3. Select the room type to apply to all imported rooms
  4. Review the preview and tap Import

Room Statuses

Status Meaning Set By
Clean Room is clean and available for guests Housekeeping / Manager
Occupied Guest is currently checked in System (via PMS sync or manual)
Dirty Room needs cleaning after checkout System / Housekeeping
Inspection Cleaning complete, awaiting manager inspection Housekeeping
Maintenance Room has an active maintenance issue Maintenance / Manager
Out of Order Room is unavailable (major issue) Manager / Admin

Configure property-level preferences that affect how PropertyPlex behaves for this location.
