Team Management
Invite team members, assign roles, and manage user access across your organization.
Inviting Team Members
Add new people to your PropertyPlex organization by sending them an email invitation.
- Go to Team from the bottom navigation
- Tap Invite Member
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role (Admin, Manager, Technician, or Hospitality)
- Choose which properties they should have access to
- Tap Send Invite

infoInvitation Process
- The invitee receives an email with a link to create their account
- Pending invitations appear in the team list with an "Invited" badge
- Invitations expire after 7 days — you can resend them at any time
- Once accepted, the new member appears in the active team list
Roles & Permissions
PropertyPlex has four roles, each with different levels of access. Assign the appropriate role based on the person's responsibilities.

Role Descriptions
shieldAdmin
Full access to everything. Can manage properties, team members, billing, and system settings. Best for property owners and operations directors.
supervisor_accountManager
Can create and assign work orders, view reports, manage the room board, and oversee maintenance. Best for property managers and shift supervisors.
engineeringTechnician
Can view and update assigned work orders and maintenance tasks. Best for maintenance staff, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians.
hotelHospitality
Can manage the housekeeping room board and update room statuses. Best for housekeeping staff, room attendants, and front desk coordinators.
Managing Users
Update a team member's role, property access, or profile information from the team list.
- Go to Team and tap on a team member's name
- From the member detail screen, you can:
- Change their role using the role dropdown
- Update their property access by toggling property checkboxes
- Tap Save to apply changes

Deactivating a User
When a team member leaves your organization, deactivate their account to revoke access while preserving their activity history.
- Go to Team and tap on the team member's name
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Deactivate User
- Confirm the deactivation in the dialog
- The user is immediately logged out and cannot access PropertyPlex
warningImportant Notes
- Deactivated users cannot log in but their name still appears on historical work orders and notes
- Any work orders assigned to a deactivated user are automatically unassigned
- You can reactivate a user at any time from the deactivated users list
- At least one Admin must remain active at all times
