Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll have a 7-day grace period after your trial ends to subscribe to a paid plan. During the grace period, you can still access all your data. After that, your account will be paused until you subscribe.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly via credit card through Stripe. You can manage your payment method, view invoices, and cancel anytime from the Billing tab in your System Admin dashboard.

What if I cancel?

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Your data is never deleted — you can re-subscribe at any time to regain access. You can also export your full asset database, work orders, and inspection history at any time. Your data is yours.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Contact us at support@prprtyplex.com for volume discounts or custom arrangements.

Where is my data stored?

By default, your data is securely hosted on PropertyPlex cloud servers. If you need full control over your infrastructure, the self-hosted add-on lets you run PropertyPlex on your own servers while still receiving app updates, support, and PMS connector access.

How does self-hosting work?

We provide a Docker image and setup wizard that gets your server running in minutes. You host it on your own hardware or cloud provider. The iOS and Android mobile apps work with any PropertyPlex server — your team just enters your server address when they log in. We handle all app updates through the App Store and Google Play, and provide ongoing support for your deployment.
